Drum
The drum is divided per fess light blue and yellow, on each side of the drum is the shoulder sleeve insignia of the Maneuver Center of Excellence displayed with the MCOE Band Tab, all in full color; all between a gold star on either side with a wavy gold branch of laurel supporting a wavy ribbon award, on dexter is the ribbon for the Army Superior Unit Award for 2003-2004 and on sinister, the campaign ribbon for World War I for Lorraine, both in proper colors; in base a light blue band inscribed with "MANEUVER CENTER OF EXCELLENCE" in yellow letters, all above a smaller black band.
